Brian became a guest of the Vulcan-crc around 1984 and has stayed friends with many of us still.

He was secretary of the British Cycling Federation for many years, then changed his loyalties from pedal power to leg power and joined the Amateur Athletic Association, who he stayed with until he retired.

One day Brian decided that his nose and chin where a bit to pointed,

 so he thought he'd reduce them by scraping himself along the tarmac,

that worked !!!
